Tyler Gillis
Tyler Gillis has been in the site remediation business for 25 years. Specializing in geotechnical construction, retaining walls, and slope containment. Tyler has worked closely with WestBlock Systems; a national licensing company, for most of his career, including representing its technical products line both within the Puget Sound region and nationally. As a member of Grade Solutions Tyler emphasizes site interpretation and design/build installation throughout the Pacific NW.
Cory Bales
As Grade Solutions’ construction superintendent, Cory brings 20 years of Segmental Retaining Wall (SRW) installation, estimating, and on-site management expertise. Cory’s numerous operational skills are matched with excellent technical and business operational competencies.
